R.D.J.C., Inc. Merrick Contractors is the maintenance division of the corporation. We specialize in rehabilitation of older homes in Bradford Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Merrick Contractors maintains the rental unit roster of R.D.J.C., Inc. along with managing new construction, rehabilitation construction, and sub-contracting requirements for site and code compliance. All local government codes and inspections are incorporated with the work orders and site plans to insure safety of all workers and security at all job sites. A code inspection and compliance certificate is obtained from local government authorities to insure the safe and comfortable living conditions for all our tenants.
