NEW BILLBOARD COMING TO BRADFORD

RDJC, Inc. president Daniel Merrick announced Wednesday February 13th, 2008 that he will be filing a sign and building permit with the city of Bradford to construct a video billboard on his property at 47 East Main in the rear facing Route 219. The project will be scheduled to be completed by this summer and will create 6 new jobs. The positions will include 4 sales representatives, a sales manager, and a computer program tech to program the advertisements for the new sign. Merrick said that he hopes that the new jobs and the income that the sign will create can benefit the local community and help his company to invest in other new businesses in the area. Digital signs have been popping up everywhere across the country over the last few years. Most billboards in the past required

a $250 fee to get vinyl prints of the advertisement which is discarded after the ad run is completed. The vinyl prints contribute to environmental pollution and  after one usage can not be recycled. Digital billboards are programmed ads so there is no waste to pollute the environment once an ad has ended the image file is just deleted from the computer.  Continued Here

 California Burns Like Sodom

The voters of California went to the polls and voted against homosexual marriage. So along comes the courts to rewrite the law of the people and over turn what was written in the books by the people. So God took things into His own hands with over 1000 dry lightening strikes which started just as many wildfires in the state. How do we know this?

Its on the internet. Many evangelical and faith based blogs are reporting that the judgment of God has come to California. One blogger stated "It's unnatural, a man marring a man. God judged Sodom and he is judging California for it's sin."

News agencies report that the Big Sur fire in the south is only 3% contained and the others are out of control as firefighters struggle to keep some of the forests and vacation spots from falling to the consuming blaze.

One pastor said that this is typical of the pattern as set in the Bible for God's judgment, listing examples from the Old Testament, God has used water, famine, wild beasts, earth quakes, and fire to call sin to the attention of people. His cure for the ills of California, repent.

"If people admit their wrong doing and turn from sin, God forgives" Stated the pastor. The new law is being appealed by conservative groups in California to restore the Gay Marriage ban and hopefully avert God's anger. With no rain or repentance in sight, firefighters are hoping to tackle the spreading destruction from the air with special fire retardant chemicals and water buckets.

So is your favorite TV show deserving of an FCC complaint for election tampering? Or free advertising for their favorite candidate? Is this type of subliminal message planed into certain network shows to get you to sheepishly vote for who the big power and media money "Big Brothers"  wants to win?

According to a complaint filed with the FCC today on form 2000E one DVR viewer of the hit show HOUSE thinks that the slogan "VOTE FOR CHANGE" in the context of the obvious Republican bashing scene of the final episode of this May was just another attempt by the left wing media producers of Hollywood to brainwash the weak minded public into a vote for Obama.

In the opinion of this reporter Hugh Laurie should demand a election bias bonus and Emmy in the slipped right by the sensor category of subliminal federal election tampering visual effects in the context of republican bashing scene of blatant media attempts to get a left wing democrats into the white house with free advertising award. What would O'Reilly Say?

BIAS IN TV SHOWS?

Sitting down to watch your favorite TV show was once the highlight of an evening cup of tea in the land before fast forward DVR systems. The light hearted shows of the past were rarely current and the comedy and drama of prime time never political or biased. So what if your favorite TV show was pitching for the other side? Would you file a complaint with the FCC? I Did!

Last May 19th, 2008 the season finale of FOX TV's HOUSE aired part two of two in the "Wilson's Heart" series special. To Most Viewers Episode 88 was like any other with the pill popping Doctor acting out his diagnostic skills until we get to about 24 minutes into the program when a bathroom scene is 'Toe Tapping'  reminiscent of recent events with a certain republicans Gay encounter in an airport rest room. At that precise moment in the show, a sign in the stage left, right hand corner of the screen jumps out with Obama-lation:                       "VOTE FOR CHANGE" .

New McCain Ad points out Obama's Flips for Left wing Money

Obama-nation!

Obama's recent flip on federal finance seems to show just what the Democratic party is all about, doing or saying anything to get elected. But how could a former alleged crack-smoking afro-centric redistribute the wealth with higher taxes and the failed policy of communistic ideals get elected flying in circles with only the left wing to guide him? I'll tell you how: by pretending to be something your not, that's how! So the Obama-nation goes to Ohio in the heart bed of evangelical faith and pretend to be "Saved".

True Christians and believers of faith know the difference between election tricks and true faith that demands a choice for life and a heart felt conviction for mankind in need of a personal relationship with the Messiah.

Still Obama's visit with the right seemed to isolate the left with the tone of left talk radio and bloggers who feel betrayed by the golden child of the new communist ideal of the democratic party.

JOIN THE BRADFORD AND MCKEAN LANDLORD ASSOCIATION

Several landlords are banning together to help reform laws and share assets. Many public records are not always easy to access for landlords when renting apartments or homes. The new landlords association hopes to provide lists of judgments and bad debts on public records to its members. One landlord said that this will help in aiding him when considering a tenant. The association plans to set up to do credit reports and process applications along with having work shops on rehabs and investing. Membership is free to any McKean County landlord.
